2. Scope and Contract Partner

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.

The purchase contract is concluded between SUNFLOWER 88 EOOD (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and you as the customer (the “Customer”).

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on our website constitutes a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order, the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject the offer within three (3) business days.
Acceptance of the contract occurs upon:

order confirmation sent by email, or
dispatch of the ordered goods

At that moment, the purchase contract is deemed concluded.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Euro (€).

SUNFLOWER 88 EOOD is not VAT registered.
Accordingly, VAT is not charged separately to customers.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and clearly displayed during checkout before the order is finalized.

Payment may be made using the payment methods made available in the online store at the time of checkout, including but not limited to:

credit and debit cards
online payment services
other electronic payment methods supported by the platform

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

All payments are processed securely via encrypted connections.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver within Bulgaria and other European Union countries, where available.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and are displayed during checkout.

All orders are shipped in discreet, neutral packaging, without any indication of the contents.

The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days, without stating any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller in writing (e.g. by email).

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer, unless the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered.

Returned goods must be:

unused
in their original condition
returned in original packaging
hygienically sealed, where applicable

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.

7. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights under Bulgarian and European Union consumer protection law apply.

The Seller shall be liable for damages only in cases of:

intent
gross negligence

Liability for minor negligence is excluded, except where mandatory consumer rights apply, including cases involving injury to life, body, or health.

The Seller shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

9. Final Provisions

The laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply, provided that this choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections granted under applicable European Union law.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
