Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, by a letter sent by post or by email).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods—whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

Costs of Return

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, provided that the goods correspond to the original order.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Intimate products
Personal care items
Any product sealed for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken
